Tables
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Quickly build, filter, and share tabular views of assets and tags.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Create table: Tables → New Table; pick asset type to start fresh.
- Columns: add/remove tags to display in the table drag to reorder.
- Filters: Use filter to quickly drill-down on data, or build more advanced fitler queries using AND/OR. Saved as part of the table .
- Save & collaborate: Share via collaborators/group or export to CSV/XLSX. You may also send a snapshot of the table, excluding any future changes of the table after the snapshot was shared.
- History & Compare: View exactly what values have been added/removed/changed between Discoveries.
History & Compare color indicators
Section titled “History & Compare color indicators”When viewing History & Compare, each cell is color-coded to indicate what changed between the two compared Discoveries.
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | New value — the cell was empty or the asset did not exist in the earlier Discovery |
| Blue | Changed value — the value existed in both Discoveries but is different |
| Gray | Removed value — the value existed in the earlier Discovery but is now absent |
| Black | Unchanged — the value is the same in both Discoveries |
Access
Section titled “Access”- Available to any signed-in users.
- Viewers are not allowed to create, and can only access and view content collaborated with them.
