Create Price Groups

Prerequisites

• An editable price list with multiple price items of the same asset type.

Create a price group

1. In Price List Overview, select multiple price items (same asset type).
2. Click Selected → Create Group.
3. Define group details and optional filters.
4. Save. Grouped items appear as one aggregated row in the agreement.

Bundle included quantities

• Bundling lets you include a fixed quantity before additional usage is priced.
• Example: server package includes 16 GB RAM; RAM price applies only above 16 GB.
• Configure included quantity within the group to deduct it before pricing extra usage.

Rules and limitations

• All grouped items must share the same asset type.
• Filters on the group also apply to included items.
