What Does "Include Support Data" Mean?

vScope users can request online support directly through the platform’s Online Support feature. This feature includes an option to “Include Support Data,” which allows vScope to automatically send additional information from the installation to help with faster troubleshooting.

When enabled, this feature sends diagnostic data securely to our support team, allowing them to answer questions more quickly and resolve issues that may be difficult to replicate in other environments. This debug data is strictly used for technical support purposes.

How Support Data Is Sent

The additional data is not included in the support email itself. Instead, it is encrypted and securely transmitted to InfraSight Labs’ log servers simultaneously when the support email is sent.
