Tracker Overview
Overview layout
Section titled “Overview layout”Tracker Overview summarizes the latest Tracker run and lets you focus on the cases that matter.
Collections selector
Section titled “Collections selector”Choose which collection to view (for example All cases or Watchlist). Compliance is a fixed collection based on IT best practice and cannot be edited.
Compliance Score
Section titled “Compliance Score”Shows overall performance for the selected collection in the latest run. A higher score means more cases are resolved. Calculation is based on case outcomes in that run.
Changes since last run
Section titled “Changes since last run”Highlights new issues and issues that became resolved compared to the previous Tracker run.
Case list
Section titled “Case list”Displays all cases in the selected collection with their current status and severity. You can filter and sort (e.g., by Severity) to focus on the most important items. Clicking a case opens its details.
