Where to Find the Log Files for Debugging?

Sharing Debug Log via Support

The simplest way to share log files with InfraSight Labs is to send them directly through vScope:

  • In vScope, go to topbar: ?> Support > Enable Include support data to submit logs.

Sharing Debug Log Manually

The debug log file is stored on the vScope server and can be located at:

[C/D]:/vScopeData/log/debug.log
