When creating a new local vScope user you might get the error message “User Already Exists in Active Directory”. This means that vScope has found a user with the same Email address in the integrated Active Directory/LDAP and can’t create a new one.

- Use a different email address or…
- Add the user account from the AD/LDAP.
- Go to Settings in vScope
- Navigate to LDAP/AD integration
- Go to Group Mapping and add AD group with the requested user. In some cases, it is recommended to create a new user group in the AD for vScope users.
