The error “java.lang.RunTimeException: Found Duplicate ID’s” occurs when the Microsoft Graph API returns identical values. For example, Azure may return that users are assigned a service plan twice, same name and guid. This would generate the error message because vScope can’t create a unique identifier.

This issue may be resolved by itself depending on what the Microsoft Graph API returns. Please contact the vScope support if the error occurs over an extended period.
